The attribution of the social housing is decided partly by the CCAS (Communal Center of Social action). To get information in Town hall. To increase your chances: to also lodge your file with the Prefect who has a quota and make a request near your employer for the 1% employers'.

In the old one, almost nothing to find below 230.000 euros (1,5 million francs) if they are not very small houses lower than 80 m2 for 3 parts or less.

Of 230.000 euros to 300.000 euros (2 million francs), houses from 100 to 140 m2 for 4 to 6 parts and a ground generally lower than 500 m2 and excentré.

By 300.000 euros to 380.000 euros (2,5 million francs), livable surface increases, by 150 to 170 m2 for 4 to 7 parts and a ground which can go until 800m2, its size being inversely proportional in its vicinity of the downtown area.

From 380.000 euros with 530.000 (3,5 million francs), one passes to 170 to 200 m2 for 6 to 8 parts and a garden > 350 m2.

Above 530.000 euros, one will be able to find houses of more than 6 parts for a surface which exceeds 200 m2 and a ground of approximately 1000m2 or a perfect site.
